ClientForge must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe or unauthorized activity.
Prohibited activity
Users must not use the service for spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, phishing, unlawful data collection, malware, attempts to compromise systems, evasion of platform restrictions, or communications that violate applicable law or connected-provider policies.
Messaging and consent
Users are responsible for required consent, lawful sender identity, message classification, templates where required, opt-outs and suppression preferences. A channel fallback must not be used to bypass a recipient's preference or a platform/regulatory restriction.
RCS and SMS
Where RCS or SMS is enabled, users must comply with applicable carrier, Google, telecom and local-law requirements. In India, commercial SMS users are responsible for applicable TRAI/DLT obligations. Users must not intentionally create duplicate messages by triggering SMS fallback while an RCS communication has already been successfully delivered.
Telegram
Telegram integrations must not scrape users, groups or channels for unrelated datasets, circumvent Telegram's user-initiation requirements, or collect more data than necessary for the configured bot/business function.
AI-assisted functionality
Users must not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent communication, impersonate people without authorization, fabricate binding business commitments, or make high-impact decisions without the review required by applicable law or their own business process.
Data and privacy
Do not upload, connect or process information you are not authorized to use. Customers are responsible for configuring integrations and workflows so that access is limited to appropriate users and legitimate business purposes.
Enforcement
We may restrict, disable or suspend features or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, third parties, connected providers, carriers or the ClientForge service.
